- Click on "Connect Facebook Account" and log in using your admin credentials.
- Follow on-screen instructions to register your new WhatsApp Business number.
- Verify your number via SMS or call.

Do you have an Active Ad Account in your Business Portfolio?
⚠️ To Migrate you have to disable 2-Factor Authentication of your
current WhatsApp API provider
- Go to Facebook Business Settings & click 'WhatsApp accounts' & choose the WhatsApp Business API
- Go to Settings & click WhatsApp Manager
- Click the link under the Phone number
- Verify your Profile
- Turn off the Two-step verification
- Click the link received in your Business Mail
- Click disable 2FA
- Have admin access to your company Meta Business Portfolio Account. If you don't have Meta Business Portfolio Account, you will have a provision to create new business portfolio account in Step 3.
- A mobile number which is not registered on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business Account. If you want to use the number which is already registered, you have to delete the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business Account associated with that number.
- Have admin access to the Business Portfolio Account in which the existing number is registered.
- Have access to mobile number on which you will receive OTP as part of the process.
- Select "Migrate From Different Provider".
- Disable 2 factor authentication on existing WABA account. Detailed Steps will be provided when you select on "Migrate From Different Provider".
- Click on "Connect Facebook Account", you will be taken to Facebook, complete the steps as guided by Facebook Pop Up. You will be redirected back here to continue with further steps.
- Verify Mobile Number : Enter the mobile number, initiate OTP, Enter OTP & submit.
